Duilen

I was one among an army of Spartans. We sought to engage in battle against another army. It appeared that the odds were well in our favor, so we attacked.

When we neared the clashing point half of the opposing army poured out of a well in the center of the battlefield. Damn it! Fooled by the Trojan Well!

Clearly outnumbered we decided to surrender. They immediately killed half of us. Then they said the other half would be set free provided we win 3 consecutive 1on1 duals against their best warriors.

They created a bracket for the duals, luckily I was near the bottom. I used the extra time to search the outskirts of the arena for tools to aid in the duals. I started finding super powers hidden in clay pots. I'm not sure exactly what they did but I felt stronger with every power obtained.

Right before my first dual I found a giant slingshot. I used it to launch myself into battle with my trusty spear. After flying several meters through the air I stabbed my opponent in the head. He died immediately.

Then my dream ended...unfortunately too soon as I had unfinished business.

Two nights ago I had a dream I had a pet cat, ferret and a litter of baby wolverines.

In the dream the ferret snatched a baby wolverine and took it to the cat. He was hungry and wanted to eat the wolverine but he could only do so if the cat were to cook it for him. The lazy cat refused. He was much more interested in sleeping in a large bowl.

So the ferret took the wolverine back to the litter and snagged another one. Again, the cat refused to arise from his slumber to cook for the ferret.
